Clients Access Residential Listing Info Directly From Their Mobile Phones

Star One REALTORS® and Steven Carder, REALTOR® have launched a new service which allows clients to dial a single phone number to obtain property information for Greater Cincinnati real estate listings. The new service, called Star One REALTORS® Mobile MLS (MLS for Multiple Listing Service), works with any residential property regardless of the listing broker. The automated Mobile MLS works 24/7/365 and speeds information to the client by giving the client direct access to property information on-the-go.
“This new service is innovative because it brings the entire Multiple Listing Service to a single phone number,” Carder said. “Other systems work only for that particular broker’s listings. Mobile MLS works for any residential listing, regardless of the listing broker.”
“Let’s say you happen to drive by a listed property and would like information. Rather than calling the number on the sign, reaching an agent’s voicemail and having to wait for a call back, you can call Mobile MLS, enter the Street Address and listen to property information right there while you’re parked in front of the house.”
Star One REALTORS® Mobile MLS works from any phone. Callers can also opt to have an email with property information sent to them upon hanging up from the Mobile MLS call as well as be connected directly to a lender or REALTOR® if desired. Carder added, “Mobile MLS is yet another way that we’re making the real estate shopping experience easier for clients.”
